This new residential development in the heart of western Sydney was built on the old Ashlar golf course. Accordingly it has a park like setting emphasised by the client’s desire for advanced trees of minimum 200L size to be installed for the street trees. The landscaped lake which features next to the Sales office near the main entrance won a Parks and Open Space Landscape Architecture Award at the recent AILA NSW Awards night.
